Customer warrants that all information of the recipient is true and correct, particularly, names, contact numbers and addresses. Upon delivery customer must ensure that the recipient is available on the stated delivery address, otherwise customer is liable for applicable charges due to the attempt of delivery.
JDFOODS will make every attempt to accommodate all your delivery requests; however we do not guarantee delivery for specific time. After your order has been placed, your packages will be turned over to Shipping Lines/Courier specified on your order. JDFOODS will not guarantee the certain delivery time and date of any order. We can only give estimated days of delivery. For rush orders and deadlines, please order in advance to avoid interruption. For a small orders and better service (approximately weighing 20kg parcel and below), we also offer shipping via LBC with estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 days within Metro Manila and 3 to 7 days in Provincial Areas, Cash on Delivery is not applicable. However, in case of delays, JDFOODS is still not liable and cannot guarantee with the exact time frame with these shipping companies. Tracking numbers of deliveries via cargo will be sent digitally to clients. Tracking, updating of arrival to destination, and delays of shipments via cargo shipping is no longer a responsibility of JDFOODS, since the tracking information is being sent after the turnover of package to the courier.
For a bulk orders and better service, we recommend shipping via CaPex or AP Cargo with estimated delivery time of 1 to 3 days within Metro Manila and 3 to 7 days in Provincial Areas, Cash on Delivery is not applicable. However, in case of delays, JDFOODS is still not liable and cannot guarantee with the exact time frame with these shipping companies.
For a same day delivery service, we offer LALAMOVE AND GRAB EXPRESS, applicable only within Metro Manila and GMA if applicable. Consignee will be the one to pay the shipping fare upon the delivery or before delivery of the items if necessary. Cash on Delivery is also not applicable.
JDFOODS is not responsible for any damaged, wrong delivery, weather and holiday delays or lost of packages during transit. The company is not liable to courier’s mispacking or mishandling. We also do not guarantee the estimated amount due for shipping, and the company and its officers are not accountable to any changes of courier’s rates of shipping that may change overtime. We guarantee that we process and prepare orders within 1 to 7 days after your order has been placed. Shipping delays and any other issues stated, caused by shipping couriers are beyond our control. Rest assured we will try our best to communicate with the couriers to settle these problems.
Reminder: You selected Bus Shipping (Terminal to Terminal Transaction). For this mode of delivery, make sure that you deposited the minimum amount of 500 pesos per transaction as allotment for: 1. Bus Charges (P350) and 2. Handling Fee (P150). Excess from the deposited amount for Bus Shipping (P350) can be used on your next transaction. If Door to Door has been selected and the area/destination is not serviceable by your selected courier, then your package will automatically needs to be picked on the available cargo branch in your location.
Cargo Branch Pick up is cheaper than Door to Door Shipping, where you can save up to 40% shipping cost depending on destination, package dimension, package weight, rulings and conditions of the couriers.
If you selected trucking delivery (For Provincial Transport). For this mode of delivery, make sure that you deposited additional minimum amount of 500 pesos to 800 pesos per transaction as allotment for LALAMOVE TRANSACTION from Cubao, Quezon City to the Trucking Express of choice. Excess from the deposited amount (Min: 500-800) can be used on your next transaction. Balances (if any) must be settled immediately to our accounts. If you choose Trucking Delivery, make sure you added 500-800 from your deposit. (If not yet deposited, please do so, and attach the proof of payment here in jotform, to make sure your order will not be put on hold.)
If you have chose Cebu Pacific Cargo (Airport to Airport Transaction). For this mode of delivery, you are required to deposit minimum amount of 5000 pesos per transaction as allotment for: 1. special packaging (Such as Styros or Plastic Wrappers); 2. Lalamove transaction from Cubao, Quezon City to Cebu Pacific Cargo, Pasay City, Metro Manila; 3. and for cargo settlement going to the airport destination in your area. Excess from the deposited amount can be used on your next transaction. Balances (if any) must be settled immediately to our accounts.
